MATT HOLT

Matt Holt is an Associate with Intellex Forensics Advisory Services, based in the firm's Minnesota and South Florida offices. He brings extensive accounting operations experience to his work, with a focus on organizing, analyzing, and reporting on large volumes of transactional and financial data. Matt applies this experience to forensic accounting matters, helping identify trends, anomalies, and areas warranting further investigation.

Since joining Intellex, Matt has worked closely with the firm's professionals in analyzing financial records, transactional activity, and other financial information in support of litigation, investigative, and advisory engagements. His work includes performing detailed financial analyses, examining transaction-level activity, and developing clear and well-supported analyses from complex financial data. He works collaboratively with engagement teams and clients to help identify and evaluate financial issues relevant to their matters.

In addition to his forensic work, Matt is actively involved in Intellex's Accounting Services group, where he works directly with clients to support their ongoing accounting and financial reporting needs. He assists with transaction recording, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and other accounting functions, working closely with clients to understand their businesses and help maintain accurate and reliable financial information. This experience provides Matt with a practical understanding of the accounting processes and financial systems underlying the data he analyzes in forensic engagements.
